Hi. I am Bokyung Lee (이보경), an Interaction Design / UX / HCI researcher and Associate Professor at Yonsei University’s Underwood International College, Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences (HASS) Division. I lead the Convergence Experience Design Lab (CXD Lab), where we explore the future of human experience in the era of digital-physical convergence. Previously, I worked as a Senior Designer at Samsung Research HQ in Korea and as a Senior Research Scientist at Autodesk Research in Toronto. I received my PhD in Industrial Design (Human-Computer Interaction + Design) from ID KAIST, where I developed embodied design tools for everyday designers.
My research lies at the intersection of Human-Computer Interaction and Interactive System Design. I investigate interactions with emerging technologies, including VR, AR, and AI, to create meaningful digital-physical experiences.
